The Star Club is a playscheme/holiday club for children of both pre-school and school age (3-11 years old). It is open every holiday in line with Starcross Primary School holidays from 8.00am to 6.00pm daily, except for the Christmas Break Weekends, Mondays and Bank Holidays. It offers a safe, caring and stimulating environment where children can form friendships and have fun.
Our staff are well-trained and experienced, and create a positive, supportive and creative atmosphere for the children. Snacks will be provided at regular intervals throughout the day, and drinks will be available at all times. Children will need to bring their own packed lunch if they will be present over the lunch period.
Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis, and bookings must be paid for in advance to secure your child's place. Booking forms are available from Starcross Pre-school, the after-school club and the school office at Starcross Primary School.
The Star Club is run by a volunteer committee called the Management Team.

Fees must be paid in advance when booking, and are calculated as follows:
Full Day - £17.00 per child 8am to 6pm
5-Hour Slot £11.00 per child, you pick the hours!
MAY HALF TERM 2011
31st May - Pirates Day - Follow a map around the village to find treasure, make your own treasure island.
1st June - Team Games - Rounders/Football etc
2nd June - Bring your own Bike/Scooter Day - Negotiate an obstacle course; learn some basic maintenance with the 'bike doctor'
3rd June - Cinema and Snacks Day - Make snacks in the morning to eat and share in the afternoon at the film show. 3pm large screen showing ANIMALS UNITED at the British Legion, free to children who are booked into Star Club or £2.00 on the door for children from 6 to 15 years old, under six must be accompained by an adult.
